چکیده

The Lactifluus clarkeae complex is a commonly observed, generally brightly coloured, group of mushrooms that are usually associated with Nothofagus or Myrtaceous hosts in Australia and New Zealand. For this study collections labelled as ‘ Lactarius ’, Russula flocktoniae ’ subclarkeae were examined morphologically molecularly. Analyses molecular data showed high cryptic diversity, sequences scattered across 11 clades three subgenera within , single collection . We select epitypes to anchor the currently accepted concepts Lf. s.str. name could not be applied any examined, none had lamprotrichoderm pileipellis. var. aurantioruber raised species level, six new described, subg. : jetiae pagodicystidiatus rugulostipitatus Gymnocarpi albens psammophilus pseudoflocktoniae A russulisporus provides significant range extension for species. Untangling will enable better identification increase understanding diversity specific habitat associations macrofungi.

LF in LF: Mechanizing the Metatheory of LF in Twelf

We present a mechanized proof of the metatheory of LF, i.e. the decidability of typechecking and the existence and uniqueness of canonical forms. We use a syntactic approach in which we define a translation from LF to its canonical forms presentation (in which only beta-short, eta-long terms are well-formed) and prove soundness and completeness of the translation, establishing that definitional...

Phylogenetic and microscopic studies in the genus Lactifluus (Basidiomycota, Russulales) in West Africa, including the description of four new species

Despite the crucial ecological role of lactarioid taxa (Lactifluus, Lactarius) as common ectomycorrhiza formers in tropical African seasonal forests, their current diversity is not yet adequately assessed. During the last few years, numerous lactarioid specimens have been sampled in various ecosystems from Togo (West Africa). We generated 48 ITS sequences and aligned them against lactarioid tax...
